In this role you will:

· Work closely with our clients and their pets

To be successful in this role you will need to:

· Enjoy working individually and as part of a team with a great work ethic

· Excel at communication skills and have a commitment to excellent client service.

· Possess strong organizational skills and work well in a busy environment.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a customer service industry.

· AVImark software experience is preferred, but not required.

· Weekends, holidays and evenings will be required.
