Veterinary Receptionist

County Center Animal Hospital is a small animal veterinary hospital with two full-time veterinarians. We strive to provide top-quality small animal medicine while also valuing a healthy work-life balance—because caring for our patients starts with caring for our team. We have no after-hours emergencies and no weekends, so you can enjoy time outside of work.

We’re seeking a receptionist who is:

• Detail-oriented and organized
• A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Compassionate and passionate about helping animals and their owners
• A team player who is eager to learn and grow in the veterinary field

Responsibilities include: greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, processing payments, maintaining medical records, and supporting the veterinary team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
