Veterinary Receptionist

Beacon Veterinary Hospital is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! We are a state-of-the-art, full-service hospital located just half a block from the beautiful Mandeville lakefront.

Our front desk team plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and compassionate experience for both our clients and their pets. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, love animals, and take pride in staying organized and detail-oriented, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage a multi-line system
• Check patients in and out efficiently
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Communicate clearly with doctors, technicians, and clients
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications:

• Experience in a veterinary clinic or medical office preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Basic computer skills required
