Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and efficiently check them in and out of the clinic, ensuring a positive first impression
• Schedule appointments accurately, managing the clinic’s calendar to optimize workflow
• Handle phone inquiries with clarity and professionalism, providing information or directing calls appropriately
• Maintain detailed patient records, updating medical histories, vaccination statuses, and treatment notes
• Assist with client communication regarding follow-up care, medication instructions, and appointment reminders
• Manage administrative tasks such as billing, processing payments, and organizing client files
• Support laboratory procedures by preparing samples or assisting with basic lab work when needed (laboratory experience preferred)

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a veterinary or healthcare setting
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and vendors
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Familiarity with veterinary software systems is a plus; laboratory experience is highly desirable
• A genuine love for animals and dedication to providing compassionate service

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
