We are seeking a full-time veterinary receptionist for a busy bird and exotic animal veterinary clinic in University Place. We are open Monday through Saturday and Saturday hours are required in rotation with the other receptionists.

Duties of this rewarding, emotionally and intellectually demanding job include answering client calls, organizing the appointment calendar, responding to and organizing emails, scanning and filing patient forms, invoicing, taking payments, handling lab reports, receiving stock and shipments, balancing client accounts, coordinating animal movement with the assistants and other duties. You are the key liaison between clients, staff, and doctors.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
