Do you thrive in chaos, stay calm when covered in cat hair, and can juggle ringing phones, paw prints, and paperwork—all before lunch? Then we want YOU to be the friendly face (and voice) of our newly remodeled, wildly busy, occasionally slobbery veterinary clinic!

What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Petting Puppies):

• Greet clients with a smile—even if their chihuahua is trying to fight you.
• Answer phones like a pro (no barking back at cranky callers).
• Schedule appointments while dodging zoomies in the lobby.
• Handle payments, paperwork, and the occasional “my iguana ate something weird” emergency.
• Translate pet-parent panic into clear info for our vet team.

What You Bring:

• Superhuman multitasking skills (bonus points if you’ve ever held a poodle while printing a receipt).
• Calm under pressure—because our patients don’t always use words to describe their issues.
• Customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume setting.
• A love for animals—and the people who love them (even when they’re stressed out).
• A sense of humor. Seriously, you’ll need it.
