Veterinary Receptionist

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and adaptable individual to join our team as a Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant. This is a "float" role, meaning you will assist both on the front desk (client service) and in the treatment area (patient care) as needed. The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Greeting clients with professionalism and warmth
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing records
• Checking clients in/out and processing payments
• Assisting veterinarians and technicians with exams, treatments, and patient handling
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Supporting both the reception and medical teams as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of veterinary or animal care experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting
• Compassion for pets and their families
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexible to float between roles based on the needs of the day

We are currently evaluating positions for part time and full-time employment. Pay is based on experience and ability.
