Do you have hands-on experience in a veterinary clinic and know how to keep the front desk running smoothly in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a skilled, confident, and professional Veterinary Receptionist to join our private practice!

We are specifically looking for someone with previous veterinary reception experience. This is not an entry-level position.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working as a veterinary receptionist is REQUIRED.
• Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology and clinic procedures.
• Experience scheduling appointments and managing a busy phone line.
• Excellent client communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with veterinary records, check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• A compassionate attitude toward pets and their owners.
• A dependable team player with a professional attitude.
• Experience with Cornerstone software is a plus!

The Ideal Candidate: Someone who can step into the role with confidence, understands the flow of a veterinary practice, and can provide exceptional service to both clients and their pets.
