Veterinary Receptionist

Veterinary Receptionist Wanted. Great Benefits, Paw-some Culture!

Animal Care Center of Pasco is looking for an experienced veterinary receptionist to join our animal-loving team in providing exceptional customer service and high-quality medical care to the people and pets of New Port Richey and nearby communities.

We are a small, privately-owned practice that prioritizes team member satisfaction and a healthy work-life balance over quotas and profit. We understand that our employees’ success is our success, and we work together to support one another every step of the way.

In addition to a values-driven and welcoming work environment, we can offer you:

• A generous medical, dental, and vision package
• 401K
• Life insurance
• Ample opportunities to learn on the job

The successful candidate will be an outgoing, approachable, and positive multi-tasker with good phone, people, and problem-solving skills. Some familiarity with client care is strongly desired, but we are more than willing to train the right person. The schedule varies for this position and weekend work will be required. We’re currently open to applicants looking for either full- or part-time work.

Duties include:

• Client education
• Answering multiple phone lines
• Greeting clients and their pets
• Conducting cash and credit card transactions
• Scheduling appointments

To apply for this position, please send a cover letter, resume, and references to Heather Justice at [email protected].
