We are looking for an upbeat, positive, and detail-oriented Part-Time Client Service Representative (Veterinary Receptionist) to join our amazing veterinary healthcare team.

Our Client Service Representatives play a vital role in providing exceptional care for our patients, both before and after their visits. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll help create a welcoming, supportive experience for pets and their people while keeping our hospital running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and their pets, including handling appointment check-in and check-out procedures.
• Process and maintain accurate medical records.
• Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Respond to client communications, including emails, text messages, and voicemails.
• Process invoices and payments accurately.
• Provide friendly, compassionate, and professional customer service to clients and their pets.
• Collaborate with veterinary team members to ensure a positive experience for every client and patient.

• Proven client service experience and excellent communication skills.
• A passion for educating clients and working collaboratively with clients and staff.
• Strong data entry, keyboarding, and attention-to-detail skills.
