Veterinary Receptionist

Overview

Our hospital is seeking a warm, professional, organized, detailed-oriented and motivated receptionist to join our team. It's important to us that every pet owner feels supported from the moment they walk through our doors or call our office. The following duties are required but not limited to:

• Greet clients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic’s appointment calendar efficiently.
• Be able to maintain a multi-line phone system, triage patient's health status & relay all client requests efficiently .
• Handle billing, insurance claims, and collections with accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate veterinary records using Cornerstone Software.
• Communicate clearly with clients and staff members.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions while providing exceptional customer service.

The following experience is preferred but not required:

• Proven skills in customer service, front desk administration, client communication.
• Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal hospital setting.
• Familiarity with veterinary terminology and Cornerstone Software.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
