Compensation

• Pay: From $14.00 per hour

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Welcome the Community: Greet and assist clients at the front desk with a warm, empathetic presence.
• Keep Us Moving: Manage appointment scheduling, handle payments, and maintain accurate, organized patient records.
• Bridging the Communication: Utilize basic veterinary terminology to communicate clearly and effectively between clients and our medical staff.
• Clinic Pride: Keep the reception area clean, welcoming, and organized.

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (Veterinary reception experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person!).
• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent (further education preferred).
• Availability: Flexible for varying shifts. Late afternoon/evening shifts and some Saturdays are required.
