Duties

• Greet clients and their pets warmly, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere
• Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups efficiently
• Requirements
• Previous experience in a veterinary setting or animal care environment is highly preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills to provide compassionate customer service and support to pet owners
