Veterinary Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly Receptionist for a privately owned small animal clinic that has been providing services in Westport, CT since 1982. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering phones, preparing client invoices, and processing payments. We are looking for someone who is polite, and interacts with clients in a prompt and courteous manner. Computer literacy is important, as well as the ability to multitask. Minimum of 1 year experience in a veterinary clinic as a receptionist required. Knowledge of Avimark or other veterinary software preferred. Hourly salary, commensurate with experience. Part-time.
