Veterinary Receptionist - Experienced

Persimmon Integrative Veterinary Center is looking for a veterinary receptionist to join our team!

Responsibilities may include:

• Greeting clients and their pets in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to pet owners and their animals both over the phone and in person.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage veterinary appointments.
• Appropriately maintain and update patient medical records and client information.
• Collect payments, process credit card transactions, and prepare invoices.
• Assist with data entry or administrative duties.
• Be able to explain appointment procedures, hospital policies, and payment options to clients.
• Help manage client flow and prioritize urgent situations by alerting the veterinary team.
• Communicate with veterinarians, leadership, and other team members regarding client or patient needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Respond to client concerns with compassion, patience, and professionalism.

Operational Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM

Pay: Based on experience

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
