Do you love animals and enjoy helping people? We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our veterinary team!

Our ideal candidate is compassionate, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a busy veterinary environment. You’ll be one of the first friendly faces our clients see and an important part of making every visit a positive experience for pets and their families.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to client inquiries.

Check patients in and out and maintain accurate client records.

Process payments and assist with front-desk administrative tasks.

Communicate with veterinary staff to keep appointments running smoothly.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude and genuine love for animals.

Previous veterinary or customer service experience preferred.

Familiarity with veterinary practice software is a plus.

Position Details

Job Type: Part-time

Regular Schedule: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Additional Hours: May include other weekdays as needed.

Pay: $18–$19 per hour.

Experience: Veterinary experience preferred; we will consider the right candidate.
