About the Role:

We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. This full-time position (35–40 hours/week). The ideal candidate will be confident working independently and thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet clients and check patients in/out
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage emails/voicemails and messages.
• Use software to update records, create treatment plans, and process payments
• Communicate clearly with clients and support the veterinary team
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in the veterinary field (required)
• Proficiency in EzyVet or Digitail software (preferred)
• Positive attitude, strong communication, and great attention to detail
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Committed to our mission and core values
• Available to work full-time hours, including every other Saturday
