Veterinary Receptionist - Experienced required

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who loves animals and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of our practice — delivering compassionate, efficient service to clients while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll join a collaborative, supportive team where the work you do genuinely makes a difference in the lives of pets and their people.

Veterinary Receptions Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
• Answer and triage incoming phone calls, assessing urgency and directing appropriately
• Schedule appointments and manage client communications efficiently
• Utilize PULSE veterinary software for scheduling, patient records, and billing
• Provide education to clients on preventative care products and services
• Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
• Collaborate with veterinarians and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
• Demonstrate consistent reliable attendance and punctuality

Veterinary Receptions Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinic or animal healthcare setting
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of PULSE veterinary software (preferred)
• Experience with preventative product knowledge and client education
• Ability to accurately triage client calls and recognize urgent medical concerns
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
