New Holland Veterinary Hospital is looking for a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team!

As the first person many of our clients meet, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for pets and their families. We're looking for someone who is professional, organized, comfortable in a busy environment, and genuinely enjoys working with both people and animals.

What You'll Do

• Greet clients and their pets with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Check clients in and out
• Assist clients with questions and general information
• Process payments and assist with invoices
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Communicate with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and other team members
• Help keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
• Provide excellent customer service, even during busy or challenging situations
• Assist with other front-desk and administrative duties as needed

Previous veterinary reception or veterinary hospital experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates with strong customer service experience and a willingness to learn.

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time position
• Starting pay: $15.00 per hour
• Schedule will include evenings/nights and Saturdays
• Reliable attendance and scheduling flexibility are required
