Schedule: 4-day work week, No weekends

Animal Care Veterinary Hospital is looking for a friendly, dependable, customer-focused Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As our Veterinary Receptionist and the first point of contact for clients, you’ll create a welcoming experience for every pet and family while helping our hospital run smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Greet clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
• Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments
• Check patients in and out for appointments and procedures
• Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
• Communicate clearly with clients, doctors, and support staff
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming

What You’ll Bring

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn veterinary practice management software
• A reliable, punctual, team-oriented approach
• Customer service, receptionist, medical office, or veterinary experience preferred but not required
• A genuine love for animals and the people who care for them
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
