Veterinary Receptionist/Office Assistant – Full Time

What You’ll Do:

• Answer and screen a variety of incoming phone calls
• Schedule and confirm client appointments
• Interact warmly and professionally with our beloved patients and their families
• Prepare invoices and process client payments
• Perform light office cleaning and organization
• Additional front desk/office tasks as assigned

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized
• Comfortable with computers and technology
• A strong communicator who enjoys working with both pets and people
• Eager to learn, adapt, and pitch in where needed
