Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and efficiently manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs to ensure smooth clinic flow
• Answer client inquiries via phone, text, email, or in person with clear, positive communication
• Assist clients with billing, and payment processing accurately and professionally
• Maintain organized client records, update medical histories, and handle confidential information securely
• Support veterinary staff by managing appointment reminders, follow-up calls, and patient documentation

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary experience or veterinary technician background preferred; experience in animal handling or pet sitting highly valued
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Passion for animals combined with excellent teamwork skills to support a lively and caring atmosphere

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33.0 – 40.0 per week
