Veterinary Technician / Assistant

Veterinary Technician / Assistant needed for busy Small Animal / Exotics clinic. Applicant MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF VETERINARY CLINICAL EXPERIENCE with small animals. Must have a good working knowledge of vaccines and vaccine protocols. Must be comfortable with assisting doctors with animal restraint, blood draws, catheter placement, etc. Must be willing to maintain a clean work environment and not be reluctant to clean a cage or walk a dog. Must be excellent with client communication, willing to answer phones, good with clients as well as co-workers. Applicant must have a good sense of humor and be able to handle the stress that goes along with this job. Must be dependable, honest, and hard working. We are very flexible and accommodating with schedules. Full time or part time.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
