Evergreen Animal Hospital

Their best life is your best life.
Licensed Veterinary Technician
Evergreen Animal Hospital — Where long-standing community trust meets exceptional medical care.
Evergreen Animal Hospital has been a trusted part of this community for over forty years. Generations of families have brought their pets to us, and that continuity matters — to our clients, and to our team. As an AAHA-accredited hospital, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of care and offer clients real options for their pets’ treatment.
Our team includes two DVMs with 20 years of industry experience each, and a new graduate we are genuinely excited to support and develop. Our LVT, assistant, and hospital management teams bring a combined 50 years of experience, backed by ongoing education and training. We don’t have all the answers — and we’re not pretending otherwise. Fresh perspectives are something we actively welcome.
We are looking to welcome 1–2 licensed veterinary technicians. Here’s what working here actually looks like:
How our technicians work:

Our technicians check in with their assigned DVM and follow cases from the first greeting through discharge — you stay with your patients rather than rotating primarily through a treatment hub. If that model of continuity appeals to you, we’d love to talk.

We are building toward a structure where LVTs work in dedicated technician appointment roles, each supported by an assistant, with time built in for treatment, discharges, and broader team support. That’s the direction we’re actively moving in.

One of our concrete growth goals is building a dedicated three-person dental team — if dentistry is an area you want to develop or deepen, that’s a real opportunity here.

We recently completed a team-wide training and development survey, and we are actively building a training program based on those results. We offer ultrasound and CPR training and a CE allowance — and we’re always looking for the next way to invest in our people.

What we offer:

Competitive, wages - $29.00 - $32.00 hourly DOE

Comprehensive benefits package including CE allowance

Stability and deep community roots — over forty years in this community, and still growing

We know the job search comes with a lot of promises that don’t always hold up. We’re not going to oversell what we are. We’d rather be upfront about where we’re at, what we’re building toward, and what we’re genuinely looking for — and let you decide if that’s a match.
Before any of that, we’d love to simply ask: what are you hoping to do with your career? Let’s find out if it’s a match for what matters to us.
Pay: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour
