Veterinary Technician – Team Lead

Position Summary

Our practice is seeking a skilled Veterinary Technician to take on a Team Lead role, helping to coordinate staff, support daily operations, and ensure a high standard of care across all patient interactions.

Key Functions

• Provide day-to-day direction to technicians and assistants
• Serve as a point of contact for team questions and case support
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members
• Maintain consistency in medical documentation and patient handling
• Partner with leadership to improve efficiency and workflow
• Lead by example in both technical skills and client communication

Qualifications

• Veterinary clinic experience required
• Demonstrated ability to support or lead a team
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Positive attitude with a collaborative approach

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
