Mandragola is an investment and business development company operating across private and public markets, with activities spanning technology, defense, capital markets and other industries.

We take an active, hands-on role in the companies we work with, supporting growth, business development, strategic initiatives, digital projects and day-to-day execution across the group.

As we expand our digital capabilities, we’re looking for a Vibe Coder / AI Web Developer to help build and design websites, digital products, internal tools and AI-driven solutions across the group.

The Role

We’re looking for someone who combines code, design and AI.

Someone who can take an idea and turn it into a polished working product — from the visual concept, UI and user experience, to the code, CMS, database and integrations behind it.

The ideal candidate has experience in both web development and digital design. You should feel comfortable not only building a website, but also deciding how it should look, how users should interact with it and how to turn a brand or concept into a strong digital experience.

This is not a no-code role, and design is not an afterthought.

You should be comfortable using AI development tools to build faster, while still understanding the code well enough to review it, debug it and know when the AI is wrong.

What You’ll Work On

• Designing and building corporate websites and landing pages
• Creating custom CMS-driven websites
• UI/UX for digital products, dashboards and internal tools
• Web applications and rapid prototypes
• API integrations and code-based automations
• AI agents, workflows and internal AI tools
• Digital products across multiple companies and brands

What We’re Looking For

• Experience building real websites or web products
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience with React, Next.js and/or TypeScript
• Understanding of APIs, databases and backend logic
• Experience with Git / GitHub
• Strong experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar
• Strong prompting and AI-assisted development skills
• Ability to understand and debug AI-generated code
• Understanding of CMS architecture
• Strong experience or capability in web design and UI/UX
• Good command of Figma or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, responsive design and usability
• Ability to take a brand, brief or rough idea and create a polished digital interface
• Ability to work from existing designs, but also design independently when no finished design exists
• Curiosity, strong technical instincts and the ability to learn quickly

The ideal profile is someone who can genuinely operate across both design and development.

That said, you don’t need to check every box. If you are especially strong in one area but feel confident working across both worlds, we’d still like to hear from you.

You don’t need years of professional experience.

We’re open to junior developers, technical designers, self-taught builders and early-career candidates who can show us strong work.

We care more about what you can build and design than how long you’ve been doing it.
