Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Vibe Coding AI Trainer to deliver corporate training for non-technical professionals.

The trainer will teach participants how to use AI-powered tools to build websites, business applications and functional prototypes with minimal coding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical, hands-on Vibe Coding workshops.
• Teach AI app-building tools such as Lovable, Bolt.new, Replit or similar platforms.
• Guide participants in building, customising and testing applications.
• Demonstrate AI prompting and troubleshooting techniques.
• Develop training materials and practical exercises.

Requirements

• Proven experience building applications using AI coding tools.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical learners.
• Good presentation and facilitation skills.
• Corporate training experience and HRD Corp TTT certification are advantages.

Interview & Assessment

Shortlisted candidates must conduct a 60-minute Vibe Coding practical demonstration, showcasing their ability to build a functional app using AI tools, troubleshoot issues, and teach non-technical participants through a hands-on exercise.
