Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Vibe Coding Trainer to train college students in AI-assisted application development, prompt-based coding, and rapid prototyping using modern AI coding tools. Candidates with 0–2 years of experience, a basic understanding of programming, and an interest in AI-powered software development are encouraged to apply.

The role involves conducting hands-on training sessions, guiding students in building applications using natural-language instructions and AI coding assistants, and helping them understand how to develop, test, debug, and improve software efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical training sessions on vibe coding and AI-assisted software development.
• Introduce AI-powered coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, and other relevant platforms.
• Teach students how to convert ideas and natural-language prompts into functional applications.
• Explain prompt engineering techniques for generating, modifying, and improving code.
• Guide students in building websites, web applications, interactive interfaces, and simple AI-powered applications using AI coding tools.
• Introduce programming fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, or other relevant technologies.
• Teach students how to review AI-generated code, identify errors, debug applications, and improve code quality.
• Demonstrate how to connect frontend applications with APIs, databases, and backend services.
• Introduce version control using Git and GitHub and explain basic software development workflows.
• Teach testing, debugging, responsive design, application deployment, and basic troubleshooting.
• Explain the limitations of AI-generated code, including security vulnerabilities, incorrect outputs, and maintainability concerns.
• Guide students through hands-on projects, from idea generation and prompt creation to application development and deployment.
• Conduct practical exercises, assignments, assessments, and project reviews to evaluate student progress.
• Prepare training materials, project ideas, demonstrations, and structured lesson plans.
• Help students develop creative problem-solving skills and build portfolio-ready projects.
• Travel to assigned colleges across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana according to the training schedule.
• Coordinate with internal training and operations teams regarding schedules, student progress, and training outcomes.
• Maintain training records, attendance, assessment results, project progress, and student feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; equivalent qualifications with relevant expertise may also be considered.
• Basic understanding of programming fundamentals and web development concepts.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants and AI-powered application development tools.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and the ability to write effective instructions for AI coding tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, or other programming languages.
• Ability to review, test, debug, and refine AI-generated code.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, Git, and GitHub is preferred.
• Interest in building applications and prototypes using modern AI tools.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts through practical demonstrations.
• Interest in teaching, mentoring, and working with college students.
• Willingness to travel to colleges as required for training assignments.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are eligible to apply.
