What they need

Vice President, Growth Analytics

About the Role

Growth doesn't happen by accident. It happens when data, insight, and strategy come together.

We're looking for a Vice President, Growth Analytics who can transform analytics into our client’s greatest competitive advantage. This executive will help our clients make smarter, faster, and more profitable decisions through measurement, attribution, AI, predictive analytics, and unearthing actionable insights.

This role extends well beyond campaign reporting . We're looking for a strategic business leader who challenges assumptions, uncovers opportunities others miss, and helps clients confidently answer one question:

"What's our next best move?"

As one of the agency's senior client-facing leaders, you'll partner with Strategy, Media, Client Leadership, Technology, and Business Development to deliver measurable business growth while positioning analytics as a differentiator in every client relationship.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and lead the agency's vision for Growth Analytics, Marketing Analytics, and Business Intelligence.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to our largest clients, translating complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Partner with Client Leadership and Strategy teams to identify opportunities that improve client performance, retention, and account growth.
  • Lead executive business reviews, performance discussions, and analytics presentations with senior client stakeholders.
  • Develop measurement frameworks, attribution strategies, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with each client's business objectives.
  • Build advanced reporting and visualization capabilities that answer what happened, why it happened, and what should happen next.
  • Champion the use of AI, predictive analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to improve decision-making and campaign performance.
  • Partner with Business Development on new business opportunities, pitches, and proposals by showcasing the agency's analytics capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Data teams to strengthen our analytics infrastructure and ensure scalable, reliable data solutions.
  • Build and mentor a high-performance analytics team recognized for curiosity, innovation, and commercial thinking.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, and evolving measurement methodologies and approaches.

What Success Looks Like

Success is measured by the confidence your insights create, the degree of trust you build with our clients, and the level of service you provide to internal and external stakeholders.

Clients seek your advice because you simplify complexity, provide clarity, and consistently uncover opportunities that drive measurable business results. Your recommendations strengthen client relationships, improve retention, expand existing partnerships, and help win new business.

Internally, analytics becomes a strategic capability that influences decisions across every function..

What You Bring

  • Executive leadership experience in Growth Analytics, Marketing Science, Client Analytics, Business Intelligence, and/or Measurement.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing analytics, attribution, media measurement, experimentation, forecasting, and performance optimization.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to connect analytics to revenue growth, profitability, and client success.
  • Experience serving as a senior client advisor and presenting to executive stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without relying solely on authority.
  • Experience leading high-performing analytics organizations and developing future leaders.
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills with the ability to make complex data accessible and actionable.
  • A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and challenging conventional thinking.

The Ideal Candidate

You're naturally curious.

You're equally comfortable presenting to a Fortune 500 CMO, collaborating with agency leadership, or coaching analysts on statistical methodology. You understand that clients don't buy dashboards, they buy better decisions.

Most importantly, you believe analytics should shape strategy.

You see patterns others miss. You challenge assumptions with evidence and you transform data into insight, insight into strategy, and strategy into measurable growth.

Desired Characteristics

  • Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics) preferred; advanced degree a plus.
  • Experience leveraging external/third-party data to drive growth.
  • Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with a mix of strategic and hands-on work.
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing analytics, including multi-channel, full-funnel analytics, and experience building and managing high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Experience with brand marketing and paid media analytics, including measurement of brand campaigns, media performance, and optimization across paid channels
  • Deep expertise in marketing measurement, attribution, and ROI analysis, with the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes
  • Experience using statistical analysis and data warehouse tools - Python and/or R and working with cloud data platforms such as Fabric, Snowflake, and/or AWS
  • Experience partnering with data engineering and technology teams to enable scalable analytics solutions
  • Experience building dashboards using Power BI
