Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President – Banking to lead business development, drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and oversee banking operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Drive growth in lending, deposits, and banking products.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
• Oversee credit risk, portfolio quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing banking teams.
• Monitor KPIs and report business performance to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• 12–18+ years of relevant banking or financial services experience.
• Proven leadership, business development, and relationship management skills.
• Strong knowledge of credit, risk management, and banking regulations.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
