Highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of solutioning, implementation and support of Enterprise Applications. The ideal candidate shall have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Enterprise Applications (specially Dynamics 365).

Role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive continuous improvement in ongoing operations. Passionate about technology, have a track record of successful project delivery, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation and support projects

Manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and vendors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Work closely with vendors, developers, consultants, and end-users to ensure that the solution meets business needs and delivers value to the organization.

Manage project risks, develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report on project status to senior management.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management proactively

Facilitate requirements gathering and solution design sessions

Drive continuous improvement

Maintain documentation and ensure knowledge transfer

Manage People

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of experience

Prior implementation experience (preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Proficiency in project management tools

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and adapt to changing priorities

Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams

Prerequisites:

Strong ownership and accountability

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Effective time management and multitasking abilities

Clear and confident communication and presentation

Experience

Graduate with 10+ years of experience

Implementation experience in MS Dynamics 365

Education
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus Compensation

The compensation structure will be as per industry standards
