Vice President

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience at a managerial/executive level.
• Entrepreneurial, creative, and capable of generating innovative marketing and business ideas, rather than merely focusing on daily routines.
• Strong multi-tasking skills with a proven track record of managing multiple operations simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership abilities, with the skill to motivate and guide a team to achieve strategic objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese is required; must be able to produce high-quality documents (e.g., business plans, marketing plans, business analyses, product descriptions). Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Strong sense of dedication, persistence, and integrity as core personal qualities.

Offer

Annual remuneration package of up to HKD/MOP 2M (comprising a basic salary and a year-end performance bonus). Base salary will not be less than 1M.
