Key Responsibilities

• Departmental Strategy & Vision: Define, align, and drive long-term business goals, KPIs, and operational roadmaps for the department.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, scale, and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance, accountable culture.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Executive Leadership, HR, Finance, and Operations to streamline workflows and resource allocation.
• P&L & Resource Management: Oversee departmental budgets, optimize operational costs, and maximize ROI across core initiatives.
• Process Optimization & Governance: Standardize SOPs, drive operational efficiencies, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal key stakeholders and external vendors, partners, or client networks.
• Cross-Industry Openness: Proven track record of successful leadership in Any Industry (Technology, BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Healthcare, Real Estate, E-commerce, etc.).
