Job Requirements

Education & Major

Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive, or related fields preferred.

Role Focus

Responsible for the overall business management of the Thailand subsidiary, with key oversight of sales, after-sales, brand marketing, and general operations.

Work Experience

8+ years of experience in the automotive industry or overseas business management at Chinese-funded enterprises; experience in the Thai or Southeast Asian market preferred.

Requirements

Strong business analysis, organizational coordination, and team management skills; familiar with the local business environment and dealer network; fluent in Chinese and English; Thai language proficiency or local resources preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for formulating, breaking down, and executing the overall business objectives of the Thailand subsidiary, overseeing sales, after-sales, brand marketing, and back-office management.
2. Drive the implementation of the company's business model, channel system, and operating mechanisms in line with the Thai market environment.
3. Oversee annual business plans, budgets, and key projects; regularly analyze business performance and drive closed-loop resolution of issues.
4. Establish efficient collaboration mechanisms with HQ functional departments and implement HQ management requirements and business decisions.
5. Maintain and expand relationships with key local dealers, partners, and relevant government/industry resources.
6. Lead core team building, talent development, and key position management to continuously enhance organizational capabilities.
