Vice President – Corporate Finance

Responsibilities:

• The Investment Banking Division is part of a full licensed firm with capabilities in comprehensive corporate finance products including IPOs, takeovers and mergers, financial advisory to private or listed companies, pre-IPO financing, and secondary fund raising;
• Core responsibility of the positions includes the offering of proactive support in deal assessment, structuring and execution of corporate finance projects.
• The Corporate Finance team works closely with the investment banking teams of the parent company and provides integrated total solutions for the capital markets needs of PRC private and listed clients. Apart from H Share listing, there is currently strong demand for A+H Share listing and capital markets projects such as merger and acquisitions for PRC corporate
• To perform ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in accounting, laws, finance or other related disciplines, or CPA or CFA holder or candidate
• Minimum 5 years and up to 15 years or more of relevant work experience including IPO, financial advisory on M&A, Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code related transactions, and capital raising exercises.
• Working knowledge in Listing Rules, Hong Kong Codes on Merger and Acquisition and relevant regulatory requirements in Hong Kong.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
• Self-initiative, independent and good communication and interpersonal skills
