The Company

An international data center infrastructure platform expanding its presence across the United States.

The business is developing large-scale digital infrastructure for increasingly power-intensive customer requirements, combining development, engineering, construction, and operational capability.

The Role

As Senior Vice President – Data Center Construction , you will:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center developments across the U.S
• Develop and execute national delivery strategies to support aggressive hyperscale expansion
• Provide executive oversight on site selection, design integration, pre-construction, scheduling, and commissioning
• Build and manage a high-performance construction team, including regional VPs, senior PMs, and pre-construction leads
• Oversee all construction partnerships, including GCs, consultants, and technical advisors
• Drive enterprise-wide budget planning, contract execution, and risk mitigation across projects
• Lead governance for all change orders, cost reporting, and schedule reviews
• Represent the construction function at executive level internally and externally, including with hyperscale and cloud clients
• Develop scalable systems and reporting structures to ensure consistency across builds

The Person

The successful candidate will likely bring:

• 15+ years of experience in large-scale data center, mission-critical, or industrial construction (either as a developer or GC)
• Proven leadership of construction programs across multiple geographies
• Experience building and mentoring construction/delivery teams across regions or business units
• Deep understanding of data center MEP, infrastructure systems, and Tier III/IV design and delivery requirements
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate, structure, and execute major contracts and delivery partnerships
• Ability to collaborate at executive level and represent the company externally with major clients and industry stakeholders
