Roles and Responsibility

• Lead and manage the engineering team to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies and plans to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues and problems.
