Vice President - Fund Operation

岗位职责:

• 私募基金、公募债券基金/股票基金全生命周期运营工作（包括前期筹备工作、系统搭建与测试、估值模型与模式探讨、日常交收结算、费用处理、年度审计工作及其他监管需求运营部支持的数据工作）；

• 每日估值报告的核算与确认（与基金行政管理人）；

• 应业务需求，协助进行交易对手户口、银行账户等开立，并跟进后续与账户维护、AML年检等相关工作；

• 基金的系统信息日常更新与系统维护；

• 基金操作流程手册的起草与更新；

• 其他与基金运营相关的工作，包括但不限于与托管行/基金行政管理人/前台业务团队的协调沟通。

• Full lifecycle operation of private equity funds, public offering bond funds/equity funds, including pre-preparation, system setup and testing, valuation model and mechanism discussion, daily settlement and delivery, expense processing, annual audit, and other data support work for the Operation Department to meet regulatory requirements.

• Calculation and confirmation of daily valuation reports (in coordination with the fund administrator).

• Assist in the opening of counterparty accounts, bank accounts and other accounts in response to business demands, and follow up on subsequent related work including account maintenance and AML annual inspection.

• Daily update and system maintenance of fund system information.

• Draft and update the fund operation procedure manual.

• Other fund operation-related work, including but not limited to coordination and communication with custodian banks, fund administrators and front-office business teams.

任职要求:

• 本科或以上；金融、会计相关专业为佳，有良好会计基础优先考虑；
• CPA、ACCA、CFA、FRM等金融相关资格持有人优先考虑；
• 7年以上公募基金交收结算、基金运营、基金行政管理人等方面工作经验，有基金会计工作经验优先考虑。
• 熟悉办公软件、数据处理软件如Excel（VBA），Python，Access等；
• 具有团队意识及较强的学习能力，有责任心、工作严谨细致，能够尽快适应部门工作要求。
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably majored in Finance or Accounting, candidates with a solid accounting foundation are preferred.
• Holders of finance-related qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, FRM are preferred.
• More than 7 years of working experience in public fund settlement and delivery, fund operation, fund administrator or related fields, candidates with fund accounting experience are preferred.
• Proficient in office software and data processing tools such as Excel (VBA), Python, Access, etc.
• Strong team awareness and excellent learning ability, with a strong sense of responsibility, rigorous and meticulous in work, able to adapt to the work requirements of the department as soon as possible.
