Job Title - Vice President, Information Technology

Location - Remote in the US; must be able to work Eastern Time hours

Role Type - Direct hire

Must Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience implementing, managing, and optimizing a market-leading ERP platform such as NetSuite, Sage, or a comparable enterprise solution
• Experience implementing and optimizing a leading CRM platform such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or a comparable solution
• Strong data and analytics leadership across data architecture, data warehousing, governance, reporting, dashboarding, and KPI measurement
• Proven ability and willingness to operate as both a strategic technology leader and a hands-on contributor within a lean team
• Practical AI leadership experience, including identifying and implementing AI use cases that improve internal productivity as well as customer experience and business performance

Responsibilities and Job Details:

• Lead the development and execution of our client's enterprise technology strategy, aligning technology investments with business objectives and growth initiatives
• Provide executive leadership across enterprise applications, infrastructure, data and analytics, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies
• Lead major ERP, CRM, and other enterprise system implementations and optimization initiatives
• Develop a scalable data and analytics strategy that provides leadership with greater visibility into KPIs, business performance, and opportunities for improvement
• Identify and implement practical AI opportunities across employee productivity, operational efficiency, customer experience, and top-line growth
• Establish technology standards, governance, and operating processes that improve reliability, responsiveness, security, and scalability
• Partner closely with executive and functional leaders to prioritize technology initiatives, communicate trade-offs, and drive adoption
• Support technology integration and standardization as the organization continues to grow
• Build trusted relationships across the organization and lead significant technology and process change through influence and collaboration
• Evaluate technology investments through a business and value-creation lens, balancing scalability, speed, cost, and expected return
• Operate effectively in a lean environment where senior leaders remain actively involved in execution rather than solely delegating
• Report to a senior executive leader and provide clear visibility into technology priorities, performance, risks, and opportunities
