Vice President - Modern Workplace Services

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President - Modern Workplace Services to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This leader will shape and execute the long-term strategy for modern workplace services, with a focus on scaling delivery capabilities and driving measurable business outcomes.

The role will oversee service performance, operational effectiveness, and revenue growth while bringing greater discipline to program management and KPI-driven execution.

In addition, this leader will partner across global teams and external providers to strengthen the service model and ensure consistent client value.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $350,000 – $425,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year strategy for modern workplace services
• Drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
• Build and lead a high-quality services organization
• Establish formal project and program management frameworks
• Transform the services organization into a data-driven operating model
• Define and execute a global partner strategy across OEMs and service providers
• Ensure every engagement delivers measurable business outcomes

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of leadership experience in modern workplace services, EUC, or IT Services
• Proven track record of building and scaling services delivery organizations
• Strong background in managed services and service delivery frameworks
• Expertise in project/program management at scale
• Experience driving KPI-led operating models
• Ability to work across regions and functions in a global environment
