Vice President of Client Services

Job Summary

The Vice President of Client Services leads client support strategy and operations, building strong relationships while helping teams deliver consistent, effective service. This role combines executive leadership with hands-on oversight of customer service management, call center management, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate uses analytics and data-driven decision making to improve service delivery and strengthen client outcomes.

Duties

• Set client services priorities and guide managers and teams in a customer support role.
• Oversee call center operations, project management, and service processes; use analysis and analytics to identify improvements.
• Build client relationships through clear client communication, thoughtful negotiation, and coordination with sales and other functions.
• Coach and develop leaders, supervise teams, and support consistent customer service practices.
• Your impact: By turning client feedback and service data into practical improvements, you help clients receive responsive support and teams resolve issues more effectively.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership, management, team management, and supervising experience, including managing teams in a customer support role.
• Background in client services, customer service, customer service management, and call center management.
• Strong communication skills, client communication, coaching, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Data-driven decision making, analysis skills, analytics, project management, and CRM (customer relationship management) system proficiency.
• Technical proficiency and Microsoft Office skills; English proficiency required. Multilingual ability is a plus, not a requirement.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
