Vice President - Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Vice President – Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across the clinics. The role will oversee day-to-day operations while driving profitability, growth, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability of the organization. The position will work closely with Top Management, Cluster Heads, and key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimize clinic operations, workflows, and operational processes.
• Drive profitability, revenue growth, and cost efficiency across operations.
• Review operational performance and recommend improvements aligned with business objectives.
• Advise Top Management on strategic business development and corporate planning matters.
• Evaluate facility maintenance, renovation, construction, and equipment requirements.
• Lead and develop managers and teams, ensuring productivity and alignment with organizational strategy.
• Train, coach, and mentor direct reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as a strategic business partner.
• Provide operational and management reports and support other strategic initiatives as assigned.

• Senior operations leader with strong experience in healthcare or clinic operations.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale operations, profitability, and business growth.
• Strong strategic planning, financial, people management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
