Role Description Lead operations and growth for a mission-driven organization serving intellectual & developmental disabilities. We’re seeking an experienced IDD executive to drive operational excellence, team performance, and service delivery across New Jersey.

• Senior operations leader with proven IDD experience

• Multi-site or regional operational leadership experience

• Strong knowledge of IDD services, regulations & compliance

• Demonstrated success improving operational performance

• Strategic leader with strong financial & business acumen

• Exceptional team-building and executive communication skills
