VICE Principal -Academy

1. Job Purpose

The Vice Principal – Academics will be responsible for leading and monitoring the academic operations of RDCC, ensuring high-quality coaching, effective faculty performance, disciplined study practices, and excellent student outcomes in competitive examinations such as JEE and NEET. The role requires strong academic leadership, faculty coordination, student mentoring, and performance monitoring.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Academic Planning & Management

• Develop and implement academic plans, timetables, teaching schedules, and examination calendars.
• Monitor syllabus completion, lesson plans, classroom teaching, and academic targets.
• Ensure effective delivery of the curriculum for JEE/NEET aspirants.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and academic reviews.
• Coordinate with the Center Head and subject-wise academic teams to improve results.

B. Faculty Management

• Supervise and guide Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology faculty.
• Monitor faculty performance, punctuality, classroom effectiveness, and syllabus progress.
• Conduct regular faculty meetings, training sessions, and academic review meetings.
• Identify faculty development needs and support continuous improvement in teaching quality.
• Coordinate with HR for faculty recruitment, onboarding, induction, and performance appraisal.

C. Student Performance & Results

• Monitor student performance through regular tests, mock examinations, and assessments.
• Analyse test results and identify students requiring additional academic support.
• Implement remedial classes, doubt-clearing sessions, and individual mentoring.
• Track student progress toward JEE/NEET targets and develop improvement plans.
• Work towards improving selections, ranks, and overall academic results.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
