VICE PRINCIPAL – JUNIOR & SENIOR SCHOOL

A reputable school in Ifako-Ijaiye, Lagos is seeking an experienced and dedicated Vice Principal to oversee the Junior and Senior School sections.

Location: Ifako-Ijaiye, Lagos
Salary: ₦150,000 Monthly
Employment Type: Full-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Principal in the effective administration of the school.
• Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Monitor lesson delivery, academic performance, and students’ progress.
• Maintain discipline and uphold school policies.
• Coordinate academic activities across the Junior and Senior School sections.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and management.
• Ensure a safe, structured, and conducive learning environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant experience in school administration or teaching leadership.
• Previous experience as a Vice Principal, Head of School, Head Teacher, or similar leadership role is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of school administration, curriculum implementation, and classroom management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work effectively with both Junior and Senior School students.

PREFERRED LOCATION: Candidates should preferably reside around Agege, Ogba, Abule Egba, Fagba Ijaiye, or nearby areas.
