Vice Principal

Key Responsibilities:1. Academic Leadership:

• Checking whether teachers are completing the syllabus on time.
• Preparing class schedules and exam dates.
• Observe the teachers' teaching style and provide them with training or guidance if necessary.

2. Discipline & Administration:

• Ensuring that students and staff strictly follow discipline in the school.
• Monitoring student attendance and absence.
• Resolving problems of students who violate school rules.

3. Communication with parents (Parent-Teacher Relations):

• Organizing Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM).
• Discussing with parents about the progress and behavior of students and resolving their complaints.

4. Co-curricular Activities:

• Planning and successfully managing school anniversaries, sports events, and festivals.
• Encouraging students to participate in various competitions.

5. Management in the absence of the principal (Proxy Leadership):

• Taking full responsibility for the school and making decisions during the principal's absence.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Education: Post Graduation in any subject with B.Ed / M.Ed is mandatory.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership qualities and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the use of computers and school software.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
