About VicKey Statewide CRM
VicKey is a statewide digital CRM platform transforming how Victorian hospitals engage with patients by providing consistent, timely, and transparent communication. It streamlines processes such as referrals, waitlist management, and care coordination, reducing duplication and improving efficiency across the system. Developed in partnership with health services, clinicians, and consumers, VicKey is creating a more connected, patient-centred health system for Victoria.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead implementation, stakeholder engagement, and change management across health services. You will drive adoption of VicKey by overseeing deployments and guiding program-wide governance to embed new technology that improves safety, efficiency, and patient experience. - Oversee program delivery, including coordination of program-wide governance and reporting.
- Engage and support clinical and operational stakeholders through structured change management, education and training.
- Drive clear communication, collaboration, and trust across diverse health service partners.

- Greater take-home pay through generous salary packaging, for living expenses, meals, and holiday accommodation.
- A suite of wellness initiatives designed to support you, including discounted fitness memberships and special offers on health insurance, and a comprehensive wellbeing program.
- Onsite childcare at Austin Hospital, easy access via public transport and car parking options.
- Mentoring and career development opportunities.
