Video and Graphic Editor

VIDEO AND GRAPHIC EDITOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into polished, cohesive video content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, paid digital ads, webinars, and website landing pages.
• Handle complete post-production workflows: color grading, audio mixing, dialogue cleanup, pacing, sound design, and pacing.
• Create dynamic motion graphics, kinetic typography, lower thirds, title cards, and transition effects.
• Design high-converting marketing collateral, including social media graphics, digital ad creatives, email banners, pitch decks, and YouTube thumbnails.
• Ensure all visual assets strictly adhere to company brand guidelines, typography, and color palettes.
• Create vector illustrations, iconography, and static infographics to communicate complex data simply.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to translate creative briefs into compelling visuals.
• Organize, archive, and maintain digital media libraries, raw footage, and project files with consistent naming conventions.
• Stay updated on digital media trends, algorithmic shifts in short-form video, and emerging design tools.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, or equivalent.
• 2–4+ years of professional video editing and graphic design experience
• Skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• National Capital Region: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
