Video & Sound Editor

Responsibilities:

• Video Production & Shooting: Plan and execute video shoots (Cinematography) on-site or in-studio, including professional lighting and audio setup.
• End-to-End Post Production: Manage the full editing workflow: assembly, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics integration.
• Short-form & Social Media Expert: Produce high-engagement content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts with a focus on fast-paced storytelling and viral hooks.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with Creative and Content teams to develop storyboards and shot lists that align with brand objectives.
• AI & Tech Integration: Leverage AI tools to streamline production, such as AI-driven color matching, noise reduction, or automated subtitling.
• Equipment Maintenance: Manage and maintain production gear (cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment) to ensure peak performance.

Requirement:

• Proficient in operating professional camera systems, gimbals, and studio lighting.
• Mastery of professional editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Strong understanding of visual composition, color theory, and cinematic storytelling.
• High proficiency in CapCut for rapid social media content turnarounds.
• Portfolio: A showreel or portfolio demonstrating both cinematography and editing skills is mandatory.
