About the Role

Join our team as a Video Content Creator and play an important role in growing our brand through engaging short-form video content. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing creative videos across social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and other digital channels. You will create content that attracts audiences, increases engagement, and generates potential customers for the business. If you are passionate about content creation, enjoy being creative, and stay up to date with social media trends, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

1.       Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing are welcome.

2.       Strong understanding of short-form video content and current social media trends.

3.       Able to create engaging content ideas that attract audiences and generate customer interest.

4.       Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

5.       Able to write scripts, plan content, film videos, and edit videos independently.

6.       Proficient in CapCut or other video editing software.

7.       Comfortable appearing on camera and creating content as a presenter when required.

8.       Creative, proactive, and able to work under deadlines.

9.       Willing to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve content quality.

10.    Good communication skills and able to collaborate effectively with the marketing team.

11.    Basic knowledge of content performance metrics, audience engagement, and social media algorithms is an advantage.

12.    Experience in creating viral content or managing business social media accounts will be an advantage.

13.    Able to commit to long-term employment and complete a 2-month probation period.

Key Responsibilities

1.       Plan and create engaging short-form video content for the company's social media platforms.

2.       Research trends, topics, and viral content to develop creative ideas.

3.       Write scripts and prepare content before filming.

4.       Film, edit, and publish videos according to the content schedule.

5.       Appear on camera when required and confidently present products or services.

6.       Monitor content performance and continuously optimize videos to improve reach and engagement.

7.       Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.

8.       Ensure all published content aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives.

9.       Stay updated on platform algorithms and social media best practices.
